Dr. Jacque Eaves is the owner of Your Ultimate Life Coach, LLC located in Fredericksburg, VA.    She has provided over 1500 coaching hours to Fortune 500 employees in Virginia and Maryland.  She conducts workshops and seminars focusing on personal and professional development.  Dr. Eaves is also passionate about strengthening families through parent coaching and foster adoption advocacy. 

Dr. Eaves has a PhD in Human Services specializing in Counseling Studies from Capella University and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.   Dr. Eaves is a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children (CASA) for children in foster care.  Dr. Eaves also serves as Vice President of the Terrance Richardson Dream. Believe. Work Foundation, Inc. a non-profit organization committed to empowering future leaders through mentorship and scholarship initiatives.




Joan Williamson is a multifaceted Broker owner of Ark Property Management and has assisted buyers and sellers in Northern Virginia and  the Maryland Marketplace.  Her sales are partnered with Coldwell Banker and has been recognized as number 19 of the Top 400 Realtors Nationally by the WSJ, and numerous Excellence awards all in recognition of her commitment to Home Buyers, Home Sellers and Owners. 


Joan takes pride in the level of detail delivered in every step of the way and being recognized as a Lifetime Top Producer simply says that she works really hard to take the best care of all customers and clients.  While Real Estate is her profession, her family is her life!  She has three amazing children that she is extremely proud of and whom have grown her as a Individual, Mother and a Professional.  Being a part of the Distinguished Board of Directors for TAGGED is a blessing as this is affording her the amazing opportunity to positively impact the lives of youth in America.




Jonnie Henderson is a Bronx, NY native and educated in New York City Public Schools.  She has a B.S. Human Resource Management from Park University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Averett University. 


She and her husband, a retired Marine have been married for 28 years.  She moved to Virginia to start her career as a contractor for the Department of the Navy and then for the U.S. Marine Corps.  She currently has 18 years of federal service managing a team of professionals in the area of Security Assistance.


In 2019, she was a nominee for the Department of Navy Acquisition Excellence Award and is currently pursuing OPM Leadership Education and Development Certification. Jonnie completed Defense Acquisition University Team Leader / Leadership Development Capstone Course and the Marine Corps Leadership At All Levels. She is a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and serves as a current member of the Marine Corps Diversity Awareness Program.  She also served as a mentor in the Marine Corps Mentoring and STEM Programs.


She currently serves as a member of the Alzheimer’s Caregivers support group and Greeter’s Ministry.  She previously served as a member of the Connected to Connect committee for the CTC Walk-A-Thon as well as a member of the Mary Elizabeth Project, First Mount Zion Baptist Church, Dumfries VA.

Charlette Thomas is a Program Management professional with extensive experience in Department of Defense Acquisition Program Management. 

During her career, Mrs. Thomas has held key positions with Marine Corps Systems Command, Naval Sea Systems Command, Chief of Naval Operations and Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy, Integrated Warfare Systems.  Mrs. Thomas is a proven leader that offers expertise in leadership, strategic planning, communication, team management and mentoring. 


Mrs. Thomas is a wife and stepmother of three young adults.  After serving five years in the United States Army as a Communications Technician and Data Systems Installer, Mrs. Thomas attended Virginia State University where she received her Bachelors of Science degree in Electronic Technology.  Mrs. Thomas also holds a Master’s of Science degree in Systems Engineering from Virginia Technical University and a Master’s of Science degree in Information Systems from George Washington University.  


Mrs. Thomas has dedicated her time to mentoring and giving back to the community.  She has often provided her services to this effort through her sorority, Delta Sigma Theta, through volunteer opportunities at work and serving as a former board member of CEW IV Foundation.



As a military spouse (Retired Army) and former business executive, Colette Brooks brings a wealth of experience to her role as a Resident in Counseling and the Owner of two locations of Thriveworks Counseling and Coaching, Fredericksburg and Hanover. Ms. Brooks is Board Certified as a National Certified Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.  She is also a Certified Life Coach. Her practice is focused on supporting trauma survivors through the healing process.


Prior to switching careers, Ms. Brooks gained 20 years of diverse professional experience leading strategic human capital initiates in Banking, Finance, Retail and Technology industries. She has international experience and has served in both fortune 500 and start up environments.


Ms. Brooks has been recognized for her skills by CEO Magazine with the Executive Management Award, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Regis University, a Master's in Education and Human Development from George Washington University, and a second Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree and is expected to begin the dissertation process in January 2021.



Barderiaus L. Faust also known as Beau, is a 2016 Courtland High School graduate. Beau furthered his education, majoring in Political Science and minoring in Pre-Law at Bridgewater College.


Beau began to pursue music and build a career in creative arts and entertainment.  He is also a community activist and an advocator for the lesser represented youth in Spotsylvania. Beau is a strong proponent for civil rights and education reform.



Ms. Hanifa Smith is a New York native, having grown up in the Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn and Long Island. She currently resides in the DM(V) area with her daughter, Elle and pup, Moelleux. Her experience living under and eventually aging out of the foster care system drives her passion to advocate for children who, by no fault of their own, find themselves in unfortunate circumstances.


Ms. Smith has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Middle Georgia University and a Master of Business Administration from Touro College. She is a veteran of the United States Air Force and a current Department of Defense (DoD) Civilian.


In addition to TAGGED, Ms. Smith serves as a mentor for The Royalty Project, a mentoring program that improves self-images amongst youth of color to elevate pride, respect, and awareness of their culture. She is also a Greater DC Diaper Bank Ambassador and a DoD certified professional coach and mentor.
