Dr. Jacque Eaves is the owner of Your Ultimate Life Coach, LLC located in Fredericksburg, VA.    She has provided over 1500 coaching hours to Fortune 500 employees in Virginia and Maryland. She conducts workshops and seminars focusing on personal and professional development. Dr. Eaves is also passionate about strengthening families through parent coaching and foster adoption advocacy. 

Dr. Eaves has a PhD in Human Services specializing in Counseling Studies from Capella University and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Dr. Eaves is a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children (CASA) for children in foster care.  Dr. Eaves also serves as Vice President of the Terrance Richardson Dream. Believe. Work Foundation, Inc. a non-profit organization committed to empowering future leaders through mentorship and scholarship initiatives.

Jonnie Henderson is a Bronx, NY native and educated in New York City Public Schools.  She has a B.S. Human Resource Management from Park University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Averett University. 

 

She and her husband, a retired Marine have been married for 28 years.  She moved to Virginia to start her career as a contractor for the Department of the Navy and then for the U.S. Marine Corps.  She currently has 18 years of federal service managing a team of professionals in the area of Security Assistance.

 

In 2019, she was a nominee for the Department of Navy Acquisition Excellence Award and is currently pursuing OPM Leadership Education and Development Certification. Jonnie completed Defense Acquisition University Team Leader / Leadership Development Capstone Course and the Marine Corps Leadership At All Levels. She is a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and serves as a current member of the Marine Corps Diversity Awareness Program.  She also served as a mentor in the Marine Corps Mentoring and STEM Programs.

 

She currently serves as a member of the Alzheimer’s Caregivers support group and Greeter’s Ministry.  She previously served as a member of the Connected to Connect committee for the CTC Walk-A-Thon as well as a member of the Mary Elizabeth Project, First Mount Zion Baptist Church, Dumfries VA.

Joan Williamson is a multifaceted Broker owner of Ark Property Management and has assisted buyers and sellers in Northern Virginia and  the Maryland Marketplace.  Her sales are partnered with Coldwell Banker and has been recognized as number 19 of the Top 400 Realtors Nationally by the WSJ, and numerous Excellence awards all in recognition of her commitment to Home Buyers, Home Sellers and Owners. 

 

Joan takes pride in the level of detail delivered in every step of the way and being recognized as a Lifetime Top Producer simply says that she works really hard to take the best care of all customers and clients.  While Real Estate is her profession, her family is her life!  She has three amazing children that she is extremely proud of and whom have grown her as a Individual, Mother and a Professional.  Being a part of the Distinguished Board of Directors for TAGGED is a blessing as this is affording her the amazing opportunity to positively impact the lives of youth in America.

Ms. Hanifa Smith is a New York native, having grown up in the Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn and Long Island. She currently resides with her family in the DM(V) area. Her experience living under and eventually aging out of the foster care system drives her passion to advocate for children who, by no fault of their own, find themselves in unfortunate circumstances.

 

Ms. Smith has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Middle Georgia University and a Master of Business Administration from Touro College. She is a veteran of the United States Air Force and a current Department of Defense Civilian.

 

In addition to TAGGED, Ms. Smith serves as a mentor for The Royalty Project, a mentoring program that improves self-images amongst youth of color to elevate pride, respect, and awareness of their culture. She is also a Greater DC Diaper Bank Ambassador and a DoD certified professional coach and mentor.
